About OCPR
OCPR is a fast-growing, full-service digital marketing agency based in Sheffield, UK, with a reputation for delivering bespoke, data-driven strategies across SEO, PPC, social media, web development, content and more. We partner closely with clients, from SMEs to internationally recognised brands, acting as an extension of their marketing teams to drive measurable organic growth and business results.
Role Overview
We're looking for a CRM/Email Executive to join our growing agency and work across a range of client accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience building and sending campaigns and wants to develop into a genuine lifecycle marketer. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of email and CRM activity, from campaign builds and automated flows to segmentation, testing and performance reporting, across both B2C and B2B clients.
We're looking for someone with some CRM/email experience under their belt, who can already work independently on campaign delivery. You don't need to have run an entire lifecycle programme from scratch. What matters is that you understand why an email works, not just how to build one: strong commercial instinct, sharp attention to detail and the ability to write copy that people actually want to read.
What you'll be doing
- Building, testing and scheduling email campaigns in Klaviyo and ActiveCampaign
- Writing and editing email copy, including subject lines, preview text and calls to action
- Building and optimising automated flows and journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back and lead nurture sequences
- Creating and maintaining audience segments based on behaviour, purchase history, engagement and lifecycle stage
- Managing data hygiene, list health, suppressions and re-engagement activity
- Planning and running A/B tests on subject lines, creative, offers, send times and audiences
- Supporting the development of client CRM strategies and campaign calendars
- Monitoring deliverability and helping resolve issues affecting inbox placement
- Reporting on open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue and list growth, and explaining what the numbers mean
- Producing client reports and communicating CRM activity and performance
- Working with designers and developers on email templates and landing pages
- Ensuring campaigns and data handling remain compliant with GDPR and PECR
- Keeping up to date with changes in email marketing, privacy, deliverability and platform features
- Working closely with the wider team to align CRM with clients' broader digital activity

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Agency experience, or experience managing multiple brands at once
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign specifically
- Experience with ecommerce CRM, including integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce or similar
- Basic HTML and CSS for email, or experience troubleshooting rendering issues
- Experience with SMS, push or other lifecycle channels alongside email
- Experience with landing page or form builders and lead capture
- An understanding of how CRM connects to paid, organic and wider digital activity
We're not expecting you to know everything. You should be able to explain why a campaign performed the way it did, rather than simply reporting the numbers.
We're particularly interested in someone who:
- Is naturally curious and wants to understand how things work
- Thinks critically rather than following email "best practice" at face value
- Can look at a campaign's results and form a view on what to change next
- Has a strong instinct for good copy and good writing
- Understands that CRM is about the customer relationship, not just the send
- Is comfortable asking questions when they don't know something
- Takes ownership of their work
- Spots problems and looks for solutions
- Is comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment
What we offer
- Collaborative and creative environment where your insights shape client success
- Opportunities for professional development and training in CRM, lifecycle marketing and wider digital strategy
- Office shutdown over the Christmas holidays
- Regular socials
- Your birthday off
