CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation)

Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus, Profit Share, Pension, Life Assurance, 33 Days Holiday & More

We are working with a market-leading retailer based in Lytham St Annes who are looking to expand their growing Digital & eCommerce team. They are now seeking a CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, user experience and eCommerce, where you'll play a key role in improving website performance through testing, analysis and optimisation.

Core Responsibilities For This CRO Analyst

  • Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, user recordings, funnel analysis and other research tools.
  • Identify testing opportunities and present recommendations to Design and Digital teams.
  • Prioritise CRO initiatives using customer insights, analytics and commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate A/B testing programmes from planning through to implementation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams on more complex optimisation projects.

Core Experience For This CRO Analyst Role

  • Previous experience within a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role.
  • Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using Google Analytics, Excel or other reporting and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
