CRO Analyst

I'm hiring a CRO Analyst for one of the UK's most respected retail brands, helping drive the growth of their eCommerce business through experimentation, customer journey analysis, and conversion optimisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on CRO experience who wants to own experimentation and optimisation across a growing digital platform.

The company

A market-leading jewellery retailer with over 80 locations across the UK and Ireland and a rapidly growing eCommerce operation. Regularly recognised as one of the UK's best employers, the business has built a reputation for its outstanding culture, collaborative environment, and long-term investment in its people.

The role

Reporting into the Trading Manager, you'll be the dedicated CRO specialist within the team, responsible for identifying, prioritising, and analysing opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion performance. You'll work closely with Trading, Design, Product and eCommerce stakeholders to understand how customers interact with the website and use those insights to influence testing and optimisation decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
