Role Description

WideXP is seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our sales organization in the UK market. This is a remote, leadership-level role for a US-based professional with a strong background in technology services, software engineering, consulting, or outsourcing. The CRO will be responsible for developing and executing WideXP's sales strategy, building long-term client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and establishing a strong presence in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute WideXP's US sales strategy and growth plan
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, founders, and technology decision-makers
  • Develop strategic partnerships and business channels in the US
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline
  • Represent WideXP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Define pricing, proposals, commercial strategies, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute to the long-term positioning and growth of the WideXP brand in the US

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, business development, or executive sales leadership
  • Proven track record of selling software development, IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or similar technology solutions
  • Strong network within the US technology ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close high-value B2B deals
  • Strong understanding of software development and technology services
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
  • UK residency is required
