As Senior Manager you will take ownership of senior client relationships, collaborate with top talent and work across a range of prestigious brands. We're a hybrid agency and consultancy with a brilliant track record for driving growth through CRO strategy and execution for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Setting our strategic approach to testing and defining experimentation programmes from the ground up
  • Owning senior client relationships and leading strategic conversations, shaping direction rather than just executing
  • Mentoring and developing the wider CRO team
  • Digging into the data, drawing out meaningful insights, and translating them into compelling test ideas
  • Presenting to and building trust with senior client stakeholders

What you need to be successful

  • A senior, experienced CRO and UX specialist who can define and deliver experimentation programmes from the ground up
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Piano, Zephr
  • Strong experience using website analytics platforms such as GA4 (must-have), Adobe, Amplitude, Mixpanel
  • Proven track record of owning senior client relationships, ideally gained within a consultancy or agency environment, plus experience mentoring or line-managing junior team members
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable handling quantitative data and understanding the logic and statistics behind A/B testing
  • A genuine interest in CX/CRM, and how experimentation connects into the wider customer experience and lifecycle
  • Self-motivated and intellectually curious — genuinely excited by the possibilities CRO presents
  • Nice to have but not essential: knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS (we have a front-end dev on the team)

Salary

£50,000 – £60,000, depending on experience
