CRO & Experimentation Manager

£46,244 - £57,806 per annum

Your role with us:

As CRO & Experimentation Manager you will drive continuous website performance improvement through a structured experimentation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programme. You will own the design, execution and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across theroyalmint.com, working closely with internal UX, analytics and development teams. The goal is to improve customer experience and maximise business value from our digital platforms.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Significant experience in CRO, digital product optimisation or web experimentation
  • Hands on experience with Optimizely Web Experimentation
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and understanding of A/B test Analysis
  • Experience creating clear hypotheses and delivering test documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex results simply
  • Demonstrable experience or working with eCommerce or high value transactional websites
