The Opportunity

Are you an experimentation specialist who wants to make testing faster, more reliable, and genuinely impactful? Open Partners is looking for a CRO Junior Partner to join our creative optimisation team and power our client growth. Working at the cross-section of data, user experience, and conversion strategy, you will help transform A/B testing from a series of one-off activities into a dependable, scalable engine for performance. You will bring the delivery firepower needed to run high-standard experiments across our portfolio, turning raw results into clear, commercial recommendations that clients trust.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Test Execution: Design, build, QA, and launch live experiments across client websites, ensuring total validity and technical accuracy.
  • Roadmap Management: Keep experimentation programmes moving at pace and on scope, preventing blockers and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-Led Recommendations: Translate raw test data into clear, actionable insights rather than simple readouts, showing clients exactly what to do next.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted point of contact, presenting test strategies, hypotheses, and progress reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Optimisation: Help build a consistent, repeatable operating system for how experiments are planned, documented, QA'd, and reported across the agency.
  • Co-Intelligent Working: Combine your human intelligence with AI workflows to increase the speed, depth, and quality of analysis.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
