How will you make an impact?

Invent and deliver new revenue and engagement driving programs and evolve existing strategies.

  • Manage the optimisation and engagement roadmap, covering A/B, multivariate (MVT) testing, segmentation and personalisation.
  • Optimise key customer touchpoints across Watchfinder surfaces to increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse core business KPIs and make recommendations for content discovery and revenue opportunities.
  • Utilise a new CMS (content management system) to implement the systemised conversion testing, whilst managing and maintaining content on the site.
  • Manage the Senior CRO executive and instill continuous development.
  • Work closely with our Product, Data, and Commercial teams to understand business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable optimisation initiatives.
  • Report on programs and their impact on business KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behaviour, website performance, and customer journeys using various analytics and journey analysis tools.
  • Champion a culture of continuous testing and optimisation within the organisation.

How Will You Experience Success With Us

  • At least 4 years previous experience in a digital customer engagement, conversion or optimisation role, with hands on experience with customer journey tools such as ContentSquare, or FullStory.
  • At least 4 years previous experience with A/B, MVT testing tools such as Adobe Target, or Optimizely.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results.
  • Effective at building relationships within the Marketing team and across departments
  • Must be a self-starter, creative thinker, and quick learner.
  • A strategic mindset, an eye for detail, whilst being comfortable with data and commercial metrics.
  • Passion for driving results and continuously challenging your own mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics, and the ability to clearly articulate hypothesis and outcomes.
