(Senior) CRO Manager
We're looking for a (Senior) CRO Manager to take ownership of our conversion rate optimization program, with a sharp focus on A/B testing, data analysis, and project management. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can design and run a rigorous experimentation program end to end — from hypothesis through statistical readout — while coordinating the cross-functional work needed to ship winning tests fast.
You'll sit at the center of our demand conversion engine, owning the testing roadmap, the experimentation backlog, and the operating cadence, including the end-to-end CRO strategy across web and product, converting high-intent visitors into qualified pipeline while guiding lower-intent visitors through personalized content journeys that educate, nurture, and drive future conversion.
YOUR TASKS
A/B testing & experimentation
- Own the end-to-end A/B testing cadence and multivariate testing program across landing pages, webchat, organic content pages and email sequences, forms, checkout/sign-up flows, and lifecycle touchpoints
- Run structured experiments to improve lead quality, conversion to meeting and pipeline generation using clear test designs that quantify business impact, while maintaining a prioritized, evidence-based testing backlog using a scoring framework
- Determine and apply appropriate statistical methods to evaluate test results, including significance testing and confidence intervals.
Analysis & insight
- Support with conversion funnel analysis from paid/organic acquisition through to MQL, SQL, and closed-won revenue, identifying the highest-leverage points of friction or drop-off
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g. GA4, Looker, or equivalent BI tooling, Tableau, Omni Analytcis) covering conversion rate, test velocity, win rate, and revenue impact of the CRO program, including correct event tagging, UTM hygiene, and attribution accuracy
- Present test results and quarterly program performance to senior stakeholders, with clear narrative framing of statistical confidence and business impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Project management
- Run the CRO program as a structured operating system: a maintained roadmap, a transparent backlog, and predictable sprint or cycle cadences for shipping tests.
- Define and track timelines, dependencies, program-level KPIs (e.g. tests shipped per quarter, win rate, average lift, time-to-ship) and report progress against them..
- Maintain governance standards for experiment documentation, data privacy/consent compliance, and QA before tests go live.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and RevOps to establish and maintain measurement frameworks that ensure accurate attribution and conversion tracking across marketing channels, sources and lead forms.
- Work with broader marketing team to align CRO initiatives with campaigns, offers and messaging
- Feed conversion and test learnings back into Demand Conversion strategy, including impact on campaign targeting, bidding strategy, and budget allocation decisions to improve CPL and CPA.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience
- 5+ years in conversion rate optimization, growth marketing, or a closely related analytical marketing role, with demonstrable ownership of an A/B testing program
- Track record of designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests, including a solid grounding in experiments across cross-functional delivery
- Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders, including performance marketing, web, product and partner teams
- Familiarity with testing platforms (e.g. Kameleoon, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Google Optimize successors) and analytics tooling (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar).
Skills & attributes
- Strong statistical literacy & analytical instincts — confident with significance testing, sample size calculation, and explaining confidence levels to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills — able to run multiple concurrent experiments through brief, build, QA, and readout without things slipping
- A test-and-learn mindset: curious, evidence-led, and equally comfortable reporting a losing test as a winning one
- Desired but not essential: Prior experience within B2B - E-Commerce - Lead Generation – Online to Offline user funnels – SaaS/IT/Technology suppliers
