CRO Manager London (Hybrid – 2x Days a Week in Office)
£45,000–£55,000

The Company

This is an award-winning digital optimisation agency specialising in CRO, digital analytics, SEO and experimentation, helping leading brands create better digital experiences and drive measurable improvements in conversion; founded by industry leaders with more than 35 years of combined experience, the business has built a strong reputation for being genuinely data and insight-led, combining analytics, experimentation, UX and customer research to solve complex digital challenges! The business is continuing to grow and has been recognised as one of the UK's Best Places to Work, with a strong focus on learning, development and creating an environment where people can build long-term careers.

The Role

As the CRO Manager, you will take ownership of experimentation programmes across a range of client accounts, working closely with analysts, UX specialists and developers to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses and deliver optimisation programmes that create measurable commercial impact. This is a hands-on CRO role with significant client exposure, rather than a purely management position. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects, presenting recommendations to clients and using data, research and experimentation to influence digital strategy. As the team continues to grow, there will also be the opportunity to take on management and mentoring responsibility, supporting junior members of the team and helping shape best practice across the CRO function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
