CRO Manager

A fast-growing and highly successful performance marketing business is looking to appoint a CRO Manager to lead and develop its expanding Conversion Rate Optimisation function. Operating across multiple B2B and B2C markets, the company delivers large-scale lead generation campaigns across the UK and international markets, supported by significant investment in paid media, data, and technology.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced CRO professional with a strong technical background and a proven ability to drive measurable commercial improvements through experimentation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the CRO roadmap across multiple lead generation journeys, using data, behavioural insights, and front-end development skills to maximise conversion performance while maintaining exceptional lead quality.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Owning and managing the CRO roadmap across multiple lead generation websites and customer journeys
  • Designing, building, and overseeing A/B and multivariate experiments using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Analysing user behaviour, experiment results, and conversion data to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability
  • Working closely with marketing, technical, compliance, and creative teams to deliver high-impact testing programmes
  • Using behavioural analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and data insights to continuously improve customer journeys and streamline testing processes
  • Prioritising experiments based on commercial impact, lead quality, and revenue potential while maintaining a high-velocity testing programme
  • Helping shape the future of the CRO function through process improvement, mentoring, and developing best practice

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
