CRO Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits

A rapidly growing, award-winning digital optimisation agency is looking for a CRO Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRO professional to lead optimisation programmes for a range of well-known clients, working closely with analysts, UX specialists, and developers to deliver meaningful business impact through experimentation and insight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage CRO programmes across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop data-driven optimisation strategies and testing roadmaps.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps, user research, and experimentation data.
  • Build and present recommendations and insights directly to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRO, experimentation, or digital optimisation.
  • Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
  • Experience mentoring or managing colleagues.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
