CRO Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits
A rapidly growing, award-winning digital optimisation agency is looking for a CRO Manager to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRO professional to lead optimisation programmes for a range of well-known clients, working closely with analysts, UX specialists, and developers to deliver meaningful business impact through experimentation and insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage CRO programmes across multiple client accounts.
- Develop data-driven optimisation strategies and testing roadmaps.
- Analyse customer behaviour using analytics, heatmaps, user research, and experimentation data.
- Build and present recommendations and insights directly to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements
- Proven experience in CRO, experimentation, or digital optimisation.
- Experience working across multiple brands or stakeholders, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
- Experience mentoring or managing colleagues.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.

Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms such as VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar experimentation tools.
- Background in analytics, development, or implementation.
