About the role
As CRO Manager, you'll take dedicated ownership of conversion rate optimisation across confirm.com, turning the traffic our paid and organic channels generate into sales-ready pipeline. This is a newly created, standalone role where you'll be the specialist voice in the team building a structured, always-on testing and personalisation programme for our core Frontline and Scale-Up audiences.
You'll own the end-to-end web conversion journey, from landing page through to Book a Demo, working closely with Marketing Operations, our website development partners and the wider marketing team to diagnose bottlenecks, run continuous experiments and prove our commercial impact in a way that stands up to scrutiny from senior stakeholders. You'll report directly to Head of Digital Performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A proven CRO track record: experience designing and running A/B and multivariate testing programmes, including wireframing and experiment design, that have measurably moved conversion and pipeline metrics.
- Strong analytical skills: confident interpreting GA4 data, heatmaps and session recordings, spotting where prospects drop out of the journey and turning that into a prioritised, evidence-led test plan.
- Platform and tool proficiency: hands-on experience with a dedicated CRO/testing platform and heatmapping tools, GA4, Wordpress and marketing automation systems such as HubSpot.
- Excellent communication skills: able to bridge technical CRO concepts and revenue goals, presenting test results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Vendor and agency management: confident managing external website development partners, user testing platforms and contractors to deliver the experimentation roadmap.
- A B2B, SaaS or similar background: experience optimising demo-request or lead-generation journeys in a B2B context is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Product Led Growth motions, or with Chili Piper for A/B testing tracking, would be advantageous.
