CRO Specialist

£40,000
Greater Manchester - Hybrid

I'm hiring a CRO Developer/Analyst for one of the UK's leading customer generation businesses, operating multiple high-traffic B2B and B2C brands across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining CRO, experimentation, front-end development, and analytics to drive measurable commercial impact.

Working alongside the CRO Lead, you'll help optimise over 40 customer journeys, building and deploying experiments that improve conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue.

The Role

This is a hands-on CRO position. You'll be responsible for:

  • Building A/B tests from scratch
  • Deploying experiments using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Analysing test performance
  • Identifying conversion opportunities
  • Helping shape the wider experimentation roadmap

This is not a pure developer role and it's not a pure analyst role. The ideal person enjoys moving between technical implementation, experimentation, customer behaviour analysis, and commercial problem solving.

What You'll Be Doing

Experimentation & CRO

  • Build and deploy A/B tests using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Use Convert.com to manage and execute testing programmes.
  • Design experiments that improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
