About the Role

We need someone to own a portfolio of up to six brands end to end.

Find the test in the data and in what customers actually say, build the first version yourself, launch it, read the result, and tell the client what it means.

One sentence: own the test loop end to end, from the research to the client.

Tasks

  • Own CRO strategy and delivery for up to 6 brands, from the research through to the result.
  • Dig through the store data to find where each funnel is losing money.
  • Study competitors for offers, pages and mechanics worth testing.
  • Ship the first draft of the work, whether it's a full landing page or a copy test on an existing page hand it to our designer to polish and our developer to build.
  • Write the tasks our developers and designers build from clear enough that nobody has to guess what you meant.
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients. You are the person they talk to, not a layer between them and someone else.
  • Launch the tests, read the results, and tell the client what you ran, what it did, and what happens next.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a CRO strategist in a brand or agency.

Who You Are:

  • Bias to Action: You solve problems and move forward. You do not wait for permission, and you do not write a document about the problem instead of fixing it.
  • Makes the Team Win: We work as a team and win as a team. You make the people around you better on purpose, and you make the developer's and the designer's job easier without being asked. The result that counts is the one the team got to, not the one you got to alone.
  • Explains It So Anyone Gets It: You can explain the same test to a client or a team member, and both should come away able to act on it. And when you learn something that works, your instinct is to hand it to the team rather than keep it as your own edge.
  • Transparent to a Fault: A bad number gets flagged the same day. Silence is a dealbreaker.
  • Takes Feedback and Changes: Disagreeing with us and bringing data is necessary. Agreeing and then repeating the same thing is not.
  • Ownership: When something goes wrong, your instinct is to say what you should have caught, not who else caused it.
  • Obsessive Learner: You follow this industry because you find it genuinely interesting, and you show up with things we had not seen.
  • Already Works with AI: AI is already in your daily workflow, not something you have read about. It is not optional here, it is how we work.
  • Eye for Design: You are not a designer and we are not asking you to be, we have designers for that. But you have to be able to tell when something looks wrong.
  • Scientific and Pragmatic: You judge on revenue per visitor, not conversion rate. When a test is flat, you say it is flat. But you know when the certainty is good enough to move, because we would rather iterate than sit on a test chasing a number that will not change the decision.
  • Owns the Client Relationship: You are the main point of contact. You explain a test and a result in plain language, framed around the client's business. Clients are not an obstacle between you and the work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • You do not want to work with AI, it is how we work here.
  • You want to be the only person who knows how something works. We share what we learn here.
  • You want to write a lot of reports and stay in a CRO silo.
  • You want a calm, unchanging seat, because we move fast and we adapt our plans fast when the data says so.

Benefits

Why Work Here

  • You Own the Whole Loop: Find it, build it, launch it, read it, explain it. Not a slice of someone else's process.
  • Personal AI Training from the Founder: Most of our production work, drafting pages, briefing developers, preparing client updates, runs through tooling we've built over the last eight months. We will train you on it, so you ship ideas faster than you can anywhere else. Education budget is effectively unlimited.
  • Nobody Is Measured on Reports: Nobody here is measured on how much they documented. You are measured on the problems you solve and extra profit you generated.
  • Real Brands, Real Budgets: Between $10M and nine figures a year. Direct response, so the result shows up in the numbers within weeks.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with a minimum 5 hours overlap with Central European Time.
  • Salary: $45,000 to $65,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location. Contractor, starting with a paid trial period.
