In-house CRO & Shopify Website Manager
Up to £55k Fully remote (must be UK based)
The Role
Own the CRO Strategy:
- Conduct continuous full-funnel audits to identify friction points in the user journey.
- Build, prioritise, and execute a structured A/B testing and experimentation roadmap.
Shopify Store Management:
- Handle backend store configuration, app integrations, theme customisation, navigation architecture, and site speed optimization.
Funnel & Landing Page Building:
- Design, build, and deploy high-converting landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), cart layouts, listicles, and pre-landers optimized for both desktop and mobile traffic.
Data & Analytics:
- Monitor and report weekly on core e-commerce metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rates, and revenue impact) using Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and behavioural tracking tools (e.g., Hotjar, Clarity).

- Partner closely with our media buyers and creative teams to ensure paid ad campaigns seamlessly align with post-click landing page experiences.
The Person
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience managing Shopify / Shopify Plus stores with a heavy focus on CRO and growth analytics.
- Technical Shopify Skills: Strong proficiency with Shopify theme customisation, page builders, native configuration, and intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/Liquid.
- An Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of quantitative data analytics paired with qualitative tools (heatmaps, user recordings, session replays).
- Growth Marketing Instinct: You understand how to hook cold traffic from paid social (Meta, TikTok) and guide them smoothly through a checkout funnel.
- Execution Focus: A self-starter who can ideate a strategy, write or structure the layout, and deploy it live without needing a massive team to execute.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Graphic design or basic copywriting skills tailored to e-commerce landing pages.
- Familiarity with advanced personalization tools or Shopify Plus features.
