Cross-Border Logistics Manager – Delivery & Cost

What You'll Do

  • Pickup & Transport Tracking: Track cross-border cargo from pickup through linehaul (sea/air/rail/road); coordinate with forwarders and carriers for on-time dispatch, handle exceptions (delays, rolled containers, port detention).
  • Arrival & Timeline Tracking: Monitor warehouse arrival, customs and inbound milestones; record transit-time data accurately; track on-time performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Cost Verification & Entry: Verify and enter logistics costs (freight, customs, warehousing, surcharges) into the system; conduct cost reconciliation and variance analysis.
  • Carrier & Supplier Management: Manage cross-border carriers, forwarders and customs brokers; assess performance and cost competitiveness, drive negotiation and service improvement.
  • KPI Reporting & Analysis: Produce fulfillment and cost KPI reports (on-time rate, delivery rate, unit cost, exception rate); build dashboards and support operational decisions.

About You

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years
  • Role Experience: 3+ years
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above
  • Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Professional Skills: Proven ability in cross-border full-chain fulfillment management and cost accounting; familiar with business processes and cost structures across international linehaul, customs, overseas warehousing and last-mile delivery; prior experience in logistics cost reduction, efficiency improvement or carrier management projects preferred; strong data analysis, supplier negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
