You will collaborate with stakeholders globally, transforming internal engagement strategies into high-quality storytelling and fostering operational excellence that impacts thousands.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

  • Lead the comprehensive production of cross-functional content for internal campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
  • Manage the entire content lifecycle, from initial briefing and creation through to localization and publication across various digital channels.
  • Ensure all content is precise, on-brand, editorially compelling, and aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate the development and dissemination of editorial, operational, and reference content across multiple international markets and languages.

Program Management

  • Oversee the planning and execution of complex, multi-workstream programs across diverse operational areas.
  • Manage timelines, intricate workflows, interdependencies, and competing priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, comprehensive playbooks, and essential documentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve challenges related to production, localization, and content delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central point of coordination, bridging communication between regional and global stakeholders.
  • Cultivate robust relationships across creative, marketing, communications, operations, and retail teams.
  • Coordinate diverse cross-functional teams, including producers, writers, designers, and engagement strategists, to achieve milestones and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure transparent communication, strategic alignment, and flawless execution throughout the content lifecycle.

Executional Excellence

  • Own the entire delivery process, from initial briefing through to publishing and final execution.
  • Manage content publishing using various content management systems.
  • Oversee deliverables from external agencies and vendors to maintain consistently high standards of quality.
  • Gather valuable insights and feedback to continuously enhance content performance, optimize workflows, and inform future programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in content production and program management within a global brand, agency, or fast-paced communications environment.
  • Demonstrated strong editorial and content lifecycle management skills.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-language content and campaigns across international regions.
  • Hands-on experience managing creative assets, publishing workflows, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with various content and program management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset coupled with a passion for continuous improvement.
