Ready to help small and medium-sized businesses get even more from their partnership with O2 Business? As an SME Cross Sell Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying and delivering new sales opportunities within our existing customer base. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you'll engage customers through a combination of business-generated and self-generated leads, helping them discover solutions that support their growth whilst delivering outstanding customer experiences.
In this role, you'll build strong customer relationships, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and confidently promote a broad portfolio of mobile and connectivity solutions. You'll balance commercial success with customer needs, using your product knowledge and consultative approach to uncover opportunities, respond to queries, and drive sustainable revenue growth. Success will be measured through sales performance, pipeline management, and delivery against key performance indicators.

O2 Business is our new focused, digital‑first B2B business serving customers across small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as the public sector. Powered by our next‑generation fixed and mobile infrastructure, the new entity will offer a broader portfolio of best‑in‑class solutions – including cloud‑based communication tools, voice and contact centre offerings, and 5G private networks – supported by a culture that prioritises in‑office collaboration, with our teams generally working together on site five days a week.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Proven experience managing performance through KPIs and pipeline management.
- Understanding of sales techniques and the sales cycle.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding demanding sales targets.
- Knowledge of customers, markets, and product portfolios within a sales environment.
- Ability to communicate the commercial and technical benefits of solutions to customers.

- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Confidence generating your own sales opportunities alongside business-generated leads.
