Job Summary

The Cross-Team Coordinator plays a vital operational role for the Chief Revenue Office, supporting collaboration, project management, and operational efficiency across CARE USA's Resource Development teams. Reporting to the Implementation Director in the Chief Revenue Office, with a dotted line to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role serves as a connective hub: tracking shared initiatives, facilitating cross-team workflows, and ensuring collaborative priorities move forward with discipline and accountability.

The Coordinator will provide critical organizational support to the Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring follow-through on Board pledges and assisting with preparation of Board materials and logistics. The Coordinator also provides additional executive administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including backup calendar management and scheduling for the executive assistant.

Ideal for a highly organized professional, ideally with CRM experience, who thrives at the intersection of fundraising operations and team coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
