Job Description
Join First Response Group as a Crowd Safety SIA working at a major football and events venue based in Watford. This is a front facing role where professionalism, awareness and customer service matter just as much as safety.
You will help create a safe and positive environment for spectators while supporting event operations from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting patrols of internal and external areas
- Responding to incidents including disorder medical situations and emergencies
- Supporting stewards with crowd management when required
- Enforcing venue rules and safety procedures
- Liaising with supervisors control room and emergency services
- Completing incident reports accurately and on time

Essential Skills
You must live within 45 minutes commute of Watford.
Requirements
- Valid SIA licence
- Level 2 Spectator Safety Certificate
- Previous experience in event or crowd safety security
- Confident verbal communication skills
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability
- Professional appearance and conduct
