If you're looking for a fully home-based position which offers a highly competitive salary up to £28k and a Monday to Friday working week between 9am - 6pm, we have the perfect role for you!
Role of Cruise Customer Service Consultant
As a Cruise Customer Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our client’s customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Excellent knowledge of the cruise market is essential for the position, along with a customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email
- Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings
- Booking additional services when required including excursions, dining and drink packages
- Managing booking amendments and changes
- Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary
- Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
- Offering an exceptional level of customer service at all times

Skills Required
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential
- Experience of a wide range of cruise lines
- Strong organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving ability
- Highly customer focused with an empathetic approach
