Role Highlights
- Shape Our Cruise Offering: Support the Global Cruise Manager in developing and enhancing our cruise portfolio, identifying opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with leading cruise suppliers, attend industry events, and help ensure Audley works with the very best partners.
- Drive Product Excellence: Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve our offering and maintain product accuracy.
- Support Sales Success: Provide training, guidance, and product expertise to sales teams, helping them create exceptional client experiences.

- You bring a genuine passion for the cruise industry and strong knowledge of market trends.
- You have experience in new product development and enjoy turning ideas into commercial opportunities.
- You are a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

What's In It For You
📍 This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London office
💰 Salary range of £33,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Interview Process
Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
- Initial conversation with our Recruitment Team to discuss your experience, motivations, and learn more about the role.
- Interview with the Hiring Team, where we'll explore your skills, experience, and approach in more detail.
- Task-based assessment to give you the opportunity to showcase your product development and commercial thinking.
Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
