Our client is a UK-based cruise and tour specialist with global offices in Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa — and are now expanding into the U.S. market. They curate once-in-a-lifetime, bucket-list itineraries that combine world-class cruise vacations with expertly escorted tours, luxury rail journeys, and premium hotel stays.
Due to their ongoing success, they're now looking for dynamic, results-driven Sales Advisors who thrive in a consultative sales environment and are passionate about creating extraordinary travel experiences. Cruise or travel industry experience would be an advantage for the role, however our client are happy to consider candidates with experience in a fast-paced, sales environment, looking to move into the travel sector.

Role of Cruise Sales Advisor:
- Handle a mixture of inbound sales calls and website driven leads, identify customer needs using a sales approach
- Build rapport quickly and recommend tailored cruise-and-tour holiday packages
- Present complex, high-value itineraries with confidence and expertise
- Create meaningful customer engagement, overcome objections, and close sales
- Offer alternative solutions when original itineraries do not align with client preferences
- Meet or exceed KPIs
- Complete booking administration with precision and compliance
- Collaborate within a high-energy sales team to drive collective performance
- Work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and premium customer journey
- Adhere to call centre compliance standards, including ABTA regulations, and data protection policies
Skills required for the role:
- Highly motivated salesperson who is results orientated
- Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPIs
- Ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships
- Has the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Flexible in approach and able to work weekends and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements.
- Cruise / travel industry / call centre experience is an advantage but not essential
