Role Description
As a Cruise Sales Expert, you’ll provide knowledgeable, personalised cruise advice to customers across telephone, online chat, social media, and other marketing channels. This is more than simply responding to enquiries. You’ll use your cruise knowledge, questioning skills, and sales experience to understand each customer’s needs and confidently recommend the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and tailor-made package.
You’ll take ownership of your enquiries from initial contact through to booking and beyond, proactively following up opportunities, maximising sales, and building long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and customer retention.
You’ll work within a performance-driven environment with clear monthly KPIs across sales, conversion, profit, Profit Per Booking (PPB), and customer service, with ongoing support and coaching to help you succeed.

Skill Requirements
- A passion for selling all holidays with a minimum of 1 year’s recent experience of Cruise travel sales.
- Outstanding product and supplier knowledge, with recent experience of selling holidays to all destinations.
- Demonstrable record of achieving KPIs, with the ability to sell confidently and turn enquiries into sales.
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent communications, telephone manner, and listening skills with the ability to anticipate customers’ needs.
- Have a sound knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-oriented environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages – e.g., PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- A genuine desire to achieve results, both personally and as part of a successful team.
