Job Opportunity: Crusher/Screener Operators
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Crusher/Screener Operators to operate crushing and screening plant across a range of sites. You will help process materials efficiently and safely, carrying out routine checks and supporting the smooth running of site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate crushers, screeners, and associated plant safely and efficiently in line with site requirements.
- Carry out pre-start checks and routine inspections, identifying and reporting defects or maintenance requirements.
- Monitor plant performance and material flow, making adjustments as required to maintain productivity and product quality.
- Feed and process materials in accordance with site instructions and operating procedures.
- Keep the plant and surrounding work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
- Follow site traffic management plans and communicate clearly with colleagues and other plant operators.
- Report breakdowns, safety concerns, incidents, and any changes to site conditions promptly.
- Complete operational records, checklists, and other required documentation accurately.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to meet production targets and operational deadlines.
- Follow company and site health and safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Support other site duties and complete any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating crushers, screeners, or similar materials-processing plant.
- Relevant operator training or certification is desirable.
- Good understanding of site health and safety requirements and safe systems of work.
- Ability to carry out pre-start checks and recognise potential equipment faults or hazards.
- Good awareness of site operations, traffic management, and communication procedures.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work effectively in a busy site environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours and site requirements.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional approach to working with colleagues and customers.
