SmartWeb Labs Tech is expanding its activities across digital assets and is seeking a Crypto Community Lead to develop and manage relationships across cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
The role focuses on building a strong crypto-native network, maintaining relationships with market participants, and coordinating communication across relevant digital asset communities. The position requires a strong understanding of how crypto communities operate and how relationships develop across the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships across crypto and blockchain communities.
- Coordinate communication with traders, developers, investors, protocol contributors, and other ecosystem participants.
- Monitor discussions and developments across major crypto-native platforms.
- Identify relevant communities, networks, and industry groups for strategic engagement.
- Organize community initiatives, discussions, and digital asset-related events.
- Gather market feedback and communicate relevant insights internally.
- Represent the company across selected crypto communities and industry channels.
- Maintain structured records of community relationships and ecosystem activity.

Requirements
- Professional experience within crypto, blockchain, or Web3.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and crypto-native communities.
- Existing relationships across relevant blockchain or digital asset networks.
- Familiarity with Telegram, Discord, X, and other crypto-native platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify relevant market participants and ecosystem opportunities.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently across international digital asset communities.

Important
Candidates should have genuine experience within crypto and an established understanding of digital asset communities, protocols, and market participants.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 170,000 - 260,000 USD per year, depending on skills and experience
- Token Allocation: Optional
- Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to community development and strategic contribution
