About the Role
SmartWeb Labs Tech is expanding its activities across digital assets and is seeking a Crypto Ecosystem Development Lead to identify emerging opportunities across blockchain networks, protocols, infrastructure providers, and digital asset businesses. The role focuses on understanding where the crypto ecosystem is developing, evaluating relevant opportunities, and building relationships with companies and teams that could contribute to future digital asset initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor developments across blockchain and digital asset ecosystems.
- Identify emerging protocols, infrastructure providers, and crypto businesses.
- Evaluate potential opportunities for strategic collaboration.
- Develop relationships with relevant founders, operators, and ecosystem teams.
- Track developments across DeFi, payments, stablecoins, and blockchain infrastructure.
- Provide internal assessments of relevant ecosystem opportunities.
- Coordinate exploratory discussions with potential ecosystem partners.
- Maintain structured intelligence on companies, protocols, and market developments.

Requirements
- Professional experience within crypto, blockchain, fintech, or Web3.
- Strong understanding of digital asset markets and blockchain ecosystems.
- Experience evaluating crypto companies, protocols, or infrastructure projects.
- Established network across relevant crypto industry participants is highly valued.
- Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand both technical and commercial aspects of crypto projects.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently with international teams and counterparties.

Candidates should have direct industry experience and be comfortable evaluating real opportunities across the crypto ecosystem rather than relying solely on general market knowledge.
Compensation
- Base Salary: 170,000 - 260,000 USD per year, depending on skills and experience
- Token Allocation: Optional
- Legacy: Performance-based bonus tied to ecosystem development and strategic contribution
