Role Description

The Crypto Fintech Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Chennai, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role oversees daily operational activities related to cryptocurrency and fintech workflows, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and monitoring of crypto wallets and payment gateways. The Operations Manager coordinates with product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth integration of crypto features into Xivon Interactive’s services and platforms. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency operations, blockchain fundamentals, and crypto payment flows, with experience in a fintech or financial services environment.
  • Proficiency in operations management, including process design, workflow optimization, and incident resolution.
  • Experience with transaction monitoring, reconciliations, basic financial controls, and risk management practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, finance, compliance) and manage external partners or vendors.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools to track KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document procedures and explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to organizing tasks and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in blockchain, crypto, or fintech operations are a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Chennai, with flexibility for occasional extended hours to support critical operational needs.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, startups, and innovation, with a proactive mindset toward learning and continuous improvement.
