We operate a range of innovative investment strategies at the frontier of digital assets, supported by proprietary data infrastructure and deep domain expertise. Our team combines experience in institutional finance, crypto-native markets, and advanced research & analytics.

We’re hiring a Fund Operations Manager to support the continued growth of our fund platform, with the scope of the role spanning fund operations, DeFi operations, finance and reporting. You’ll work closely with the portfolio management team, fund administrators and internal leadership to ensure Re7 operates with precision and scalability as we continue to expand globally.

Responsibilities

Fund Operations & Reporting

  • Manage the fund valuation process in collaboration with fund administrators and portfolio teams
  • Liaise with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements via tooling, automation, or procedural upgrades
  • Manage month-end processes
  • Manage & deliver price updates for tokenised funds & strategies
  • Establish and maintain fund administrator oversight frameworks and valuation governance
  • Ensure process & automations keep pace with ongoing advances in DeFi
  • Identify and monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets
  • Scope out, champion and enable improvements to portfolio valuation tools & processes
  • Implement data quality controls and reconciliation routines

Co-ordinate and manage fund audit processes

Stakeholder Reporting

  • Define data ownership and validation standards for fund performance, AUM, and exposure reporting
  • Drive consistency and automation across internal and external reporting packs
  • Oversee tokenised reporting integrations (smart contracts, on-chain data transparency)

Portfolio Management Support

  • Project management

  • Manage changes/improvements to infrastructure, processes etc

  • Plan and execute new fund & strategy launches

  • Oversee counterparty due diligence and documentation maintenance

  • Manage relationships and oversee opening of accounts with exchanges, smart wallets, etc

  • Represent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings

Risk Management

  • Maintain and evolve Operational Risk Frameworks and Risk Control Self-Assessments
  • Track performance against key risk thresholds and parameters
  • Manage third-party risk assessments e.g. for MPC wallet providers and exchanges
  • Implement incident reporting and root cause analysis for operational breaches

Client Onboarding

  • Oversee the client onboarding process for new investors
  • Co-ordinate and oversee AML/KYC activities, liaising with compliance teams and administrators
  • Create onboarding metrics (turnaround times, pain points, satisfaction feedback)
  • Ensure subscription & redemption flows are well managed and communicated

Financial Management

  • Group-wide financial reporting

  • Quarterly reporting & forecasting

  • Budget setting and performance reviews

  • Group-wide liquidity management

  • Develop dashboards for P&L and liquidity tracking

  • Oversee client invoicing and on-chain revenue collection & reporting

  • Manage sales incentives programs for BD teams & cross-sell activities

  • Manage sales commission tracking & calculations

  • Collaborate with group accountant and local entity accountants to ensure inter-company transactions are optimised for efficiency and accounted for correctly
  • Collaborate with senior management on financial strategy and performance KPIs

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support

  • Contribute to new business and product expansion initiatives
  • Step in to support other areas of the business as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, at least 2 of those in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Strong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results
  • Highly organised and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
  • Ability to quickly convert problems into solutions, actions and execution
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and ability to influence across a variety of internal and external clients and partners
  • Demonstrated success in change management
