Crypto Partnerships Manager

Location: Remote

Employment: Full-time

Compensation: $200,000 – $260,000 USD per year (base), depending on experience

About the role

We’re hiring a Crypto Partnerships Manager to build and scale strategic relationships across exchanges, wallets, protocols, market makers, and ecosystem partners. You’ll own the partnership pipeline end to end—from outreach and negotiation to launch coordination and ongoing performance—so integrations and co-marketing drive real users, liquidity, and credibility.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partnerships roadmap across exchanges, wallets, L1/L2 ecosystems, data providers, and complementary crypto products
  • Source, qualify, and close partnership opportunities aligned with product and growth goals
  • Lead commercial discussions (terms, timelines, success metrics) with legal and leadership support
  • Coordinate launches with Product, Marketing, and Engineering (integrations, listings, co-marketing, referrals)
  • Maintain a clean pipeline CRM, forecast, and weekly status reporting
  • Track partnership KPIs (activation, volume/users referred, retention quality, co-marketing ROI)
  • Represent the company at relevant industry events and partner calls
  • Build repeatable playbooks for onboarding and managing high-value crypto partners

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
