Requirements of the role
Role Responsibilities
You will be at the heart of developing and delivering crypto policy and shaping the industry going forward making lasting and impactful improvements to the UK crypto ecosystem in the UK.
The role covers a wide variety of topics, but includes:
- Being part of the departmental management team for Payments and Digital Assets Policy
- Manage material workstreams to shape and develop various aspects of crypto policy, working closely with the crypto technology policy team as well as the stablecoins team and the payments policy teams, as well as other policy, supervision and authorisations teams across the FCA and the CARE programme
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and manage a high performing team through effective recruitment, performance management and development of staff from diverse backgrounds and of various levels
