🚨 Hiring: Crypto & HSM Architect – Banking
📍 Location: Milton Keynes, UK
🏢 Working Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week from office
💷 Salary: Up to £85K PA
🏦 Domain: Banking
📅 Joining Preference: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Crypto & HSM Architect with strong expertise in banking, payment cryptography, HSM and encryption-key management.
🔑 Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong experience designing Crypto solutions and architectures aligned with PCI & ANSI standards
- Excellent knowledge of Cryptography and HSM-based data-security services in banking
- Expert knowledge of key hierarchy: LMK, ZMK, ZPK, TMK, TPK, PVK, CVK
- Strong experience with ATM Remote Key Loading
- Expertise in 3DES, RSA, AES and Key Block standards
- Hands-on experience with multiple HSM vendors, including HSM migration, project engagement and incident management
- Strong understanding of encryption-key platforms within Cards and Banking systems
- Experience addressing technology obsolescence and encryption-key platform upgrades
- Ability to work with CISO/Security teams on regulatory and security requirements
- Experience participating in Architecture & Technical Forums and leading technical/product discussions
- Strong experience across design, build, testing, deployment and post-release support in an Agile environment
- End-to-end ownership of encryption-key changes
- Excellent communication skills with users, technical teams and senior management
