Customer Service Advisor
Are you passionate about delivering brilliant customer experiences and helping people create unforgettable holidays?
Join us as a Customer Service Advisor for Crystal Ski, where you'll help customers plan unforgettable ski holidays, handling everything from bookings to post-trip queries across multiple channels including face-to-face, phone, email, live chat, and social media. This is an exciting hybrid role where you’ll work some of your working week based at our Crystal Hub in Milton Keynes, and the remainder of your week based at home as part of our remote operational contact centre.
Please note that this vacancy is fixed term for 12 months and open for 22.5 hrs - 37.5 hrs per week.

About the Job
- You’ll provide honest, expert advice and suggestions when helping customers.
- Provide outstanding customer service across face-to-face, phone, chat, and digital channels.
- Manage a high volume of customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Share your destination and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
- Solve customer issues with empathy and a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual performance targets.
- Maintain booking details and comply with company policies and data protection requirements.
- You’ll enjoy change and challenges; taking on tasks to help where needed.
About You
- You're a keen skier or snowboarder, ready to share your passion for the mountains with our customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills allow you to engage customers clearly and confidently across all channels.
- You have good numerical skills and feel comfortable handling customer bookings, payments, and holiday details accurately.
- A team player at heart, you collaborate well with colleagues but are also confident working independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts between 8am-8pm, seven days a week, fits with your lifestyle.

About the Role
This exciting hybrid position is based 2 days per week at our Crystal Hub in Milton Keynes (occasionally up to 5 days due to leave/absence) with the remainder working from home. You'll need a suitable workspace and broadband (minimum 10 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload).
