Salary: £24,900 to £27,644 Per Annum Full Time Fixed Term for 12 Months

We are looking to appoint two Administrative Assistants to join our Executive Support Team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. Working alongside our Executive Assistants, you will help deliver a professional and efficient support service to the University's leadership team.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management and coordination, travel arrangements, processing routine orders and payments, and supporting the organisation of meetings
- Maintain accurate records and systems, handle correspondence
- Contribute to a range of wider administrative activities across the team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educated to GCSE level or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of experience
- Experience of providing administrative support, with experience supporting senior colleagues being advantageous but not essential
- Role suitable for someone with an administration background who is looking to develop their skills and build a career in professional executive support
