CSA Construction Manager | London | Data Centre Project
An opportunity is available for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the client-side delivery team on a major data centre project in London.
This role will involve overseeing Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, to programme and in line with the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee CSA construction activities, including civil, structural and architectural packages.
- Manage contractor and subcontractor performance, progress and resource levels.
- Coordinate construction activities and interfaces with MEP teams.
- Review construction drawings, technical submissions and work sequencing.
- Monitor quality, inspections, snagging and handover readiness.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and programme risks.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across site activities.
- Provide progress updates and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSA Construction Manager or in a similar construction management role.
- Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction.
- Previous data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable.
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and complex construction interfaces.
- Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality assurance and site safety.
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK.

Contract Details
- Engagement: Self-employed contract basis
- Rate: Competitive day rate
