About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at H&MV Engineering UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and proven leadership skills, with experience in managing projects from inception to completion. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. You'll work closely with the operations team to ensure the seamless operation of electrical installations at various client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems.
- Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays promptly.
- Lead and motivate on-site personnel, including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
- Assist the Project Manager in resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a similar supervisory role within the electrical engineering industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and associated works.
- A valid CSCS card and relevant industry qualifications.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.

Skills & Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, CDM regulations, and construction legislation.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
