Cardiff University–China Scholarship Council PhD Scholarship

I am seeking prospective PhD students to apply through the Cardiff University–China Scholarship Council (CSC) scholarship scheme, which is open only to Chinese nationals.

Research Areas

  • Explainable AI: Explaining the behaviour of large language models (LLMs).
  • LLM Adaptation: Adapting LLMs to domain-specific tasks through collaboration between large and small language models.
  • Agentic AI: Developing agents that learn from interactions, discover causal rules, and adapt to unfamiliar environments.
