Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CSCS Groundworker for an immediate start on a busy construction project in Dengie, CM10.
The Role
As a Groundworker, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of construction works, carrying out a range of groundwork activities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of general groundworks.
- Excavation, trenching, and drainage works.
- Kerbing, edging, and concreting where required.
- Installation of ducting and associated civil engineering works.
- Assist with site preparation and finishing works.
- Operate small plant and tools safely (where qualified).
- Work closely with the site management team and other trades.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Comply with all site health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Previous experience as a Groundworker on construction or civil engineering projects.
- Ability to read and work from site drawings and instructions.
- Good understanding of health and safety on site.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
