CSCS Labourer Required – Road Patching

We are looking for a CSCS Labourer with a full driving licence to join our team on a long-term project.
STARTING IN SUNDERLAND – THEN WORKING DOWN IN SURREY
Work available until the end of the year
Pay Rates
- Monday–Friday: £15.69 per hour
- Saturday & Sunday: £17.93 per hour
- £30 night-out allowance for EVERY night spent away from home
- HOTEL ACCOMMODATION PAID FOR
- TRAVEL PROVIDED
The role will involve working away in Surrey for 4+ weeks at a time, followed by a long weekend back home. Your hotel accommodation is fully paid for, and you will receive £30 for every night spent away.

The Role
General labouring duties supporting our spray injection road patching teams, including:
- Sweeping and preparing potholes
- Putting out and maintaining road signs
- Using a Wacker plate
- Assisting with road patching works
- General site labouring
- Keeping work areas clean and safe
- Working as part of a highways/road patching team
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card – essential
- Full driving licence – essential
- Previous Labouring Experience Preferred
- Willing to travel and work away from home
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Highways/roadworks experience is an advantage
