Demonstrate strong working knowledge of approved SOPs, Work Instructions, batch records, electronic systems, and GMP requirements, supporting timely completion of process orders and escalation of issues.

- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, resolve routine issues within training and authority, and escalate non-routine issues appropriately.
- Apply a good working understanding of regulatory, GMP, safety, and quality requirements relevant to clinical trial packaging and labelling, including when to stop, challenge, or escalate work.
- Support investigations, deviation assessment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and change control activities where required, providing accurate operational input and evidence.
- Participate in internal audits, inspections, readiness activities, equipment validation, or system user acceptance testing.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve workflow, compliance, safety, quality, material flow, or operational efficiency.
- Support training, coaching, and mentoring of technicians by sharing technical knowledge, reinforcing procedural discipline, and helping embed good GMP behaviours.
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative team environment, modelling accountability, clear communication, and patient-focused decision making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
