Wentworth Based | Full-Time | Maternity Cover
Make an Impact Beyond the Fairway
The European Tour Group is one of the world's leading golf organisations. We are responsible for the DP World Tour, HotelPlanner Tour and Staysure Legends Tour, and alongside the PGA of America, we co-organise golf's greatest team competition, the Ryder Cup.
At the DP World Tour, we're committed to creating memorable sporting experiences while leaving a lasting positive impact on the communities, environments and destinations we visit around the world.
Through Golf for Good, the European Tour Group's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, and Beyond the Fairway, Ryder Cup Europe's CSR and legacy programme, we work alongside host venues, partners, charities and local communities to deliver meaningful initiatives that drive positive change.
We're now looking for a CSR Programme Delivery Lead to help shape, deliver and enhance these programmes across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project or account management professional with a passion for sustainability, community impact and major sporting events to play a key role in delivering programmes that create lasting legacies both on and off the golf course.
The Role
As CSR Programme Delivery Lead, you will lead the planning, management and delivery of the Golf for Good and Beyond the Fairway programmes, coordinating multiple projects and workstreams across the DP World Tour and Ryder Cup Europe portfolios.
Working closely with teams across Marketing, Commercial, Championship Management, Procurement, Finance, Digital, Content, HR, Strategy and Partnerships, you'll turn ambitious ideas into impactful initiatives that support our commitments to:
- Environmental Responsibility
- Community Impact
- Diversity, Inclusion & Health
- Sustainable Event Delivery
- Legacy & Charitable Giving
You'll act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, agencies, external partners, charities, governing bodies and senior stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered effectively from concept through to execution, measurement and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
