Senior Customer Service Representative
Hull based
Hybrid working (3 days office based)
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
£28 - £35k per annum + Benefits: Private Health Scheme (incl. GP Services, Dental & Optical), Employer Pension Contribution up to 11%, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid working, early finish on a Friday, Christmas shut down, Flu vaccination, eye test vouchers, funded professional qualifications

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client service team. You will:
- Lead Projects: Manage timelines, deliver on KPIs/SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Drive Solutions: Oversee capacity planning, escalate resource needs, and develop client relationships.
- Foster Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing and new customers.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
- Puts Customers First: Builds strong relationships, handles challenges with empathy, and ensures client satisfaction.
- Thrives in a Team: Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and collaborates effectively.
- Delivers Results: Manages projects efficiently, meets deadlines, and solves problems proactively.
- Has Experience: 3+ years in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of artwork reprographics
