Nice To Have Skills
- Experience working with individuals with communication difficulties
- Knowledge of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems
- Training in relevant support methods or interventions
Preferred Education And Experience
- Relevant qualifications in health, social care, or communication support
- Previous experience working with diverse populations with communication needs

Other Requirements
- BSL Level 6 or Child of a Deaf Adult (CODA) qualification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo background checks
