CT Supervisor - East Metro

Integral Diagnostics (IDX) - East Metro Melbourne Region
Lake Imaging / Capital Radiology / FMIG / Imaging @ Olympic Park / Direct Radiology

About the Role

At IDX Victoria we are seeking an experienced full-time CT Supervisor to provide clinical education, training, and technical support to CT Radiographers.

This role works both clinically and educationally, supporting new Radiographers, trainees, upskilling current CT staff, and helping optimise scan quality, workflows, and protocols.

This is a full-time position primarily based at our Vermont Private Hospital, with flexibility to travel to our other CT sites within the Region.

Reporting to the CT Manager and Regional Manager, this role will actively contribute to operational projects and business development initiatives within the CT space. This includes assisting with equipment procurement, driving workflow improvements, supporting protocol enhancements, and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimise service delivery and clinical outcomes.

This role works closely with the CT Modality Lead, Radiologists, referrers, Referrer Relationship Specialists, and relevant internal support teams to promote safe CT practices, standardised workflows, and excellent patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
