Job Opportunity
We are excited to invite applications for an enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse to join our Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) & Vaccination team, as outlined in the job description. Based in Helensburgh & Lochside, the post holder will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care in line with the new GP contract terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Become an integral part of the extended Primary Care Team, working collaboratively with GP Practices, Community Nursing colleagues, and a range of Allied Health Professionals to provide excellent, person-centred care to our community.
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with the new GP contract terms.
- Provide care in areas such as basic and complex wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, vaccinations, patient observations, and ECGs.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong time-management skills.
- Adaptability.
- Genuine passion for holistic patient care.
- Experience in areas such as basic and complex wound care, phlebotomy, ear irrigation, vaccinations, patient observations, and ECGs is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Demonstrate the skills, values, and commitment required to deliver outstanding care within a community setting.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive, multi-professional team.
