Job Description
Join Entrepreneurs First’s experienced founder cohort in London to build your own world-class technology company. This is not a traditional employee role; it is a seat for deep technical experts ready to found. You will receive investment, co-founder matching, and full platform support to validate ideas and scale a startup from the ground up.

What You Will Do
- Match with a high-caliber co-founder from a cohort of exceptional technical and commercial peers to form a founding team.
- Validate and iterate on high-impact ideas using EF’s proprietary framework and mentorship from experienced founders and technical advisors.
- Pitch for pre-seed investment to launch your company and gain access to a global network of over 200 top-tier VC partners.
The ideal candidate
- Has 8-16 years of experience applying deep research (Master’s or PhD) within very small, high-growth startups of under 50 people.
- Demonstrates a clear career progression from individual contributor to technical lead, Head of Data, or CTO within early-stage environments.
- Shows a revealed preference for early-stage work, ideally with experience at companies that were acquired or raised significant funding.
