The Role

A prestigious global culinary school is seeking a Cuisine Chef Lecturer to deliver programmes across the classic and advanced culinary diplomas, and Bachelor of Culinary Arts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver quality courses and materials to academic excellence standards.
  • Use flexible, best-practice teaching methods that meet learner needs.
  • Monitor student achievement and provide pastoral care.
  • Support examinations, grading, and curriculum development.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety protocols.
  • Contribute to new programme initiatives and alternative delivery methods.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Formal qualification in Cuisine.
  • Minimum 15 years of global cheffing experience, including time in France.
  • Hospitality leadership experience to an international standard.
  • Previous training or teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a motivated, professional team.
  • Course development experience would be an advantage.
