About the Role
We are searching for a Culinary Lead to manage the UK business while driving greater culinary consistency, innovation, and alignment across the wider EMEA operations. International travel will be required so you must be available to commit to times away from London as required, especially in the initial part of this role.

Responsibilities
- Strong capability in developing food concepts, menus, and culinary standards, with the ability to execute consistently to a high specification.
- You will need to demonstrate experience of mobilising new operations, ideally including involvement in kitchen design, specification, and operational planning.
- This role will grow in the future as new systems and procedures will be put in place, and you will be hands on throughout this role.
- This will start as a mixture of CPU based into site operations as well as some sites which have kitchens already in place.

Requirements
This role would suit a Senior Chef with a very strong high-end background who has cooked internationally and managed multi-site operations ideally. Ongoing development of culinary consistency, food concepts, standards, and operational capability across the international portfolio will be a large part of the role.
