Handle Recruitment are on the lookout for a Cultural Events Manager to join our client's growing hotel portfolio!

£55,000 to £60,000 dependant on experience Central London Based | On Site | Full Time

About the Company

Our client is a lifestyle hotel brand rooted in culture, community, and connection. Their spaces are designed to bring people together, creating an environment for productive meetings, inspiring conversations, and memorable experiences.

The brand has a strong focus on design, drawing inspiration from the concept of magical realism. Each space combines the character of its surroundings with bold colors, materials, layouts, and artwork sourced from the local area and around the world.

Culture and creative expression are at the heart of the brand, with a strong focus on literature, journalism, knowledge-sharing, and bringing people together through book launches, author events, readings, and other cultural programming.

While globally minded, the brand is deeply connected to the neighborhoods it operates in, championing local teams, communities, creatives, and partners.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Cultural Events Manager to conceive, curate, and deliver a calendar of arts, cultural, and community programming that reflects the brand and strengthens its connection with the local community.

This is a hands-on role sitting at the intersection of hospitality, arts, culture, and brand storytelling, creating experiences that bring guests, local communities, and creative talent together.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
